SCCC Newsletter

December 18, 2012
In this edition you will find a useful link regarding the Provincial Sales Tax. Is your business in British Columbia ready? The PST will go into effect in only three months! We are planning an information event on this topic on February 20, 2013.

We have tentatively scheduled our AGM for Monday, April 29th and the Summer Night Reception for Thursday, June 20th. We kindly ask you to reserve these dates in your busy calendar.

In this Newsletter we included a link to photos of our well attended Pre-Christmas Wine & Cheese Event. As well as information about the Edelweiss non-stop flights from Vancouver to Zurich, several valuable links regarding immigration to Canada, the latest information on the Youth Mobility Program as well as other interesting articles submitted to us by our members.

I am looking forward to receiving your feedback, questions, stories or articles for our January edition by email to chamber@swissccc.com (deadline is January 10, 2013).

Enjoy the reading and from all of us at the Swiss Canadian Chamber in Alberta and British Columbia we wish you and your family a warm and safe holiday season and a prosperous 2013!

Sincerely Yours,
Vince Sciamanna
President
